On January 09, 2024 my life changed forever. I broke my ankle in three places, as well as a spiral tibia fracture from front to back. I had to have three metal plates and 20 pins. I had never truly been injured before, so I had no idea what to expect. All I knew was PT was certainly in my near future.I’m a WC case and you always hear nightmare stories about WC. When they called, they gave me a list of physical therapists I could go to. I googled each place that they named and I went with Maximum Solutions due to their stellar reviews. I’m so glad I did.I was always met with a warm and inviting welcome from the wonderful Latrice at the front desk. Anytime I needed more appointments from WC she was always on it.I have to give it to the staff here because they are simply amazing. I’m getting all choked up even writing this.I have worked with Asa, Tim, Katrina, and Jill. All are amazing in what they do. I would not be where I am today if it weren’t for each of them. I need to give Matthew a shout out too, he was an amazing intern, who also was a great deal of help to me.I miss you all so much, I’m due to stop in but as per usual I’m always going, going for my job. I had a great experience at this physical therapy location. Staff was knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly. They work one on one with you, and have a plan to achieve your personal goals. Asa and Tim really helped me improve my strength and functionality. Also, Latrice in the office is super helpful and pleasant to deal with. I have been to other therapists and I would highly recommend this practice.

I only been there once and from the time i walked in everyone treated me well. The wait was not long at all. Physical therapy was not bad at all.I was given some exercises to do to relieve the pain that I have in my knee from severe arthritis.

Finally, a physical therapist who takes the time to listen to you, address your issues and develop a personalized plan. I've been to other PT's who just throw the usual exercises at you that the "book" says to do. Katrina was great (Jill and Tim too). They took the time to listen to my concerns every visit and adjust accordingly. They gave me hands on myofacial work which helped greatly. I would highly recommend them. Jill gives an excellent massage also. Their receptionist Latrice is very nice too.

After doing some research for injuries to my ankle and knee, I decided to go to Maximum Solutions for PT and it was the best decision I could make for my health. The team there is super friendly and professional. From walking in and having Latrice at reception always greet me with a huge smile and remembering me by name, to Matthew who always had a friendly welcome and good direction in assisting with my exercises. Thank you to Tim who made one of my sessions go by so fast and for some good tips for motion. Special shout out to Asa. She is super knowledgeable, patient and most importantly provided the right exercises for me to recover. They helped me improve my pain and mobility substantially. I want to thank everyone for working with me for my recovery.

Usually never write reviews, but they are certainly worthy of getting one. Honestly, the best care I have ever gotten! The staff truly wants you to get better and does not play games. I feel the results and they are life-changing. I will definitely be going back there if I ever come across another issue.

I’ve been using this facility for many years. They go out of their way to meet their patient’s needs. They are like a second family. They retain their therapists which is beneficial to returning patients with chronic conditions. They are very hands on and in my opinion give more one on one attention than some of the other facilities in the area. All the therapists are great. Tim is particularly good at manual manipulation.This facility also participates in student internships with ESU. I think it’s great that they help the community in this manner to get more specialized healthcare workers in the field. It’s appreciated and needed!

I have been to multiple physical therapists in the past and never healed at any of them, I went to maximum solutions in East Stroudsburg for my shoulder that was injured multiple times before with very low expectations and in a few weeks they had me feeling back to normal, I highly recommend this location. Everyone here was awesome from the front desk to the PT’s.

I had some arthritis removed from my shoulder and went for Physical Therapy at a Hospital affiliated PT office. After 2X a week for 2 months I was still stiff without good range of motion. My doctor recommended I switch to Maximum Solutions. I started out 3X a week then 2X a week. I have nearly all my range of motion back. They are more hands on and manipulate and stretch you I cannot believe the difference just 6 weeks of Therapy gave me. I highly recommend them! I wish I had just started my therapy with them, in the beginning.

Professional, knowledgeable, personable, organized, thorough. My experience with Maximum Solutions Physical Therapy in East Stroudsburg, PA has been truly wonderful! From the first phone call and through whatever needed to be done with insurance, scheduling, and payments, Latrice was on it with a warm, helpful tone, a friendly, efficient manner, and a smile. Cara provided the most thorough intake I have ever had at a PT office, and my treatment plan was laid out with firm attention to strengthening my knee function without escalating the pain. And, it was successful! After the eleven insurance approved visits, there is measurable improvement in all I do, as knee mobility and minimal pain is tremendously useful for much in day to day activities. Jill and Tim, the ones who directly worked with me each week, I thank you for the excellent job you did and do. Your warm, friendly, knowledgeable, upbeat manner are true gifts. Now at the end of this run of in-office PT, I have a detailed at-home program from Tim to hopefully maintain and continue to improve my knee function. I highly recommend Maximum Solutions Physical Therapy, and should I or my husband need physical therapy at some point in the future, we know just where to go.

I came to Maximum Solutions in April because I couldn’t move my arm very well in different directions which it was very painful and I was diagnosed with Adhesive Capsulitis (Frozen Shoulder). All the physical therapists worked with me and were very encouraging. I slowly progressed with my stretches and strengthening exercises which made my mobility get better. I’m not at 100% yet, but I’m able to do my normal activities again and be able to reach behind my back without too much difficulty. I will continue to do my physical therapy at home. I can also sleep without a lot of pain which was an issue for a long time. All the ladies (physical therapists) were wonderful and very patient. They listened to any questions and concerns that I had and gave me advice of what I should do. I would highly recommend Maximum Solutions (East Stroudsburg) to anyone that needs to get physical therapy. I absolutely loved the staff which they are very friendly and knowledgeable including the front office to the physical therapists. They sanitize after each client and the facility was very clean.

I loved maximum solutions. Everybody there was so helpful and they actually care about YOU. You don't get that at every PT. I suffered 2 herniated discs and they were right beside me the whole way. I had to stop going cause my doctor stopped prescribing physical therapy. But I loved my time there. Hopefully soon when I make a full recovery I'll go back and visit. That's how much all these lovely people impacted my life. For whoever there who reads this I haven't forgot about you all. And i strongly recommend Maximum Solutions.

If I could give Maximum Solutions physical therapy six stars I would.In 2020, I had total knee replacement and used a local hospital system based physical therapy. They were competent and clinical.A few months ago I saw a Facebook ad for Maximum Solutions PT, they were providing a free workshop for shoulder pain. Am I glad I decided to register and attend! The workshop was run by one of the owners and everyone there left understanding where their pain originated from. I chose to take advantage of the free personal 15 minute evaluation and began PT the following week. Besides making significant progress with my shoulder pain, when I mentioned to the PT that my knee replacement was bothering me, she immediately recommended some exercises that helped immensely.That’s when I knew I would be going back after my second knee was done. And what a difference than my first experience with the hospital based rehab! I have made more progress in my first week at Maximum Solutions than I made in an entire month of visits to the hospital-based rehab. If you want personalized care and encouragement, you have to go to Maximum Solutions PT.
