Bio

Cara has over 25 years of experience as an outpatient physical therapist. She specializes in women’s health, chronic pain, neurological issues and return to play/sports. She is passionate about finding a cure for Parkinson’s and related diseases, and helps with outreach programs. Cara is a loving wife and proud mother of 2.

Outside the office she enjoys exploring with her family and being outdoors whether its running through the neighborhood, fishing the streams, hunting or just enjoying an ocean breeze.

Hobbies

Distance running, skiing, gardening, and music.

Incredibly knowledgeable and super personable. I had been to a different facility prior and wish I had come here first. Nailed the problem and I felt a difference from day one. Never felt like a number, highly recommend

So far so good doing different things to try and minimize my extreme lower back pain. Very polite and understanding,they actually listen to their patients in my experience
