Bio

Cara has over 25 years of experience as an outpatient physical therapist. She specializes in women’s health, chronic pain, neurological issues and return to play/sports. She is passionate about finding a cure for Parkinson’s and related diseases, and helps with outreach programs. Cara is a loving wife and proud mother of 2.

Outside the office she enjoys exploring with her family and being outdoors whether its running through the neighborhood, fishing the streams, hunting or just enjoying an ocean breeze.

Hobbies

Distance running, skiing, gardening, and music.

I will recommend this place to anyone,I feel so loved, this group of people professionals of the physical therapy are amazing , they really care about every single patient, they’re so respectful, so responsible so empathetic have so much love for what they’re doing!!
